With our Service Level Agreement you will receive tailor-made hands-on support provided by a consultant designated to you ensuring effective business partnering and a single point-of-contact. The BSS team or our UK-based call centre will also be available to you.
The level of service and assistance can vary widely based on your needs, but we highly recommend that you take our “all inclusive” health and safety service level agreement (SLA) which will include an audit at commencement, telephone/email support, document reviews, site visits, attendance at meetings, delivery/facilitation of training, taking a key role within your senior leadership team and supporting you on a day-to-day basis.
Whilst BSS advises proactive health and safety management, incidents will happen and we will support you with incident investigation or when dealing with the Enforcing Authorities.
